Rosie has 25 years of experience working at senior management and executive levels in health, telecommunications and in natural resources across private and public sectors. She has expertise in strategic planning, staff management and leadership, organisational change, governance and compliance. Rosie also has specialist expertise in leading service innovation and change management programs with strong stakeholder buy-in.
Between 2009-2015, Rosie was the Executive Director for Primary and Preventative Health at Western District Health Service. She demonstrated her expertise in leading organisational change and in developing a high performance culture. Her initiatives have been recognised with numerous awards for leadership and innovation.
For five years prior, she was the Executive Officer of a health partnership. Rosie turned the organisation around to achieve strong financial viability, innovation and recognition as a leading performer in the state. This demonstrated her ability to create simple and effective solutions that value add to the bottom line. As a Regulatory Manager at Optus for 4 years, Rosie gained expertise in compliance, negotiation and managing risk. She also gained expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations while meeting business imperatives.
Rosie has experience as a non-Executive Director on five Boards, including in health, human services and private education. This has developed her governance expertise, including strategic planning, risk management and in the recruitment and performance review of CEOs. She has held Board leadership roles and brings insight to Board strategy and dynamics.
Rosie recently established a private consulting business with specialty in strategic planning, change management and coaching. She brings energy and enthusiasm with which she achieves trust and engagement with whomever is in the room.
